SKOPE OF WORK Stage Two of the three-stage Ahuriri Quadrant project, The Waterfront is a five level apartment building built using a commercial method of construction with an architectural level of workmanship.

CHALLENGES Meeting three completion dates - the first of which included the envelope for fire protection and carparking for the entire complex - was always going to be a challenge, but each was acheived by working closely with proactive consultants and effective work teams.

HIGHLIGHTS Delivered on time and under budget, this project's success was due to all trades delivering a high level of workmanship and the development of a motivated and dedicated on site team.  With little previous apartment building experience, each of the work teams developed their knowledge and leadership, contributing to an enjoyable construction process.
