Challenges, problems and solutions
The construction period was extremely tight and unique challenges were faced as the project became confined by the continuous river wrapping around it.  The team achieved its deadline and enjoyed positive relationships with all parties through maximising off-site and refinished componentry and very thorough site co-ordination and planning.
