Highlights Delivered on time and under budget, this project's success was due to all trades delivering a high level of workmanship and the development of a motivated and dedicated on site team.  With little previous apartment building experience, each of the work teams developed their knowledge and leadership, contributing to an enjoyable construction process. Challenges, problems and solutions  Meeting three completion dates - the first of which included the envelope for fire protection and carparking for the entire complex - was always going to be a challenge, but each was acheived by working closely with proactive consultants and effective work teams.
