SKOPE OF WORK To construct a multi level, architecturally designed home using timber framing and monolithic cladding. Large tiled decks were built to take full advantage of the beautiful and expansive views.

CHALLENGES Erecting scaffolding on the very challenging eastern side of the house.

HIGHLIGHTS Working closely with the clients and architect to achieve the look and feel of a true Mediterranean style home with modern comforts. This home received the Hawke's Bay House of the Year award.
