Alexander Construction was the contractor for the Waterfront Apartments development on Humber Street, Ahuriri. Primus Ltd was the Project Manager for the developer and I was the Engineer to the contract. Alexander Construction performed well on this project in all areas. They completed a substantial fifty-two apartment multi-level project, which included a 120 space, below ground level carpark, within the programme time of fourteen months, to a high quality. They were proactive and professional in resolving problems, communicating with consultants and coordinating the subcontractors on site. Alexander Construction mobilised a competent team of managers and foremen who had the knowledge and experience to drive the project to a successful conclusion. I would recommend Alexander Construction to other developers and consultants.
